(B) SERVICES

The Website offers a Platform to connect job seekers and employers. We match your information and data with our database consisting of the feed from other members and make recommendations for connections, content and features that may be useful to you. You may also showcase your unique professional story through experience, skills, and education in addition to posting your articles, photos and videos which would be an enriching experience for all users and enhance your own connectivity with other members and recruiters registered on the Website.

Terms of Offer. Searching for jobs and applying for jobs on the Website is free for all job seekers. By creating a profile / posting your resume or applying for job position or posting a job requirement, as a candidate or the recruiter, as the case may be, you agree to these T&Cs.

Customer Solicitation: Unless you notify our third-party call center representatives or directly our OUTSTAX sales representatives, of your desire to opt out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue to receive further emails and call solicitations from OUTSTAX and its designated inhouse or third party call team(s).

(d) if you are a member offering services, you have all the required licenses and will provide services consistent with our Community Participation Guidelines.

(3) Use of Website

(a) You will not use the Website for any illegal purposes or upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene or racially, ethnically or otherwise, objectionable;

(k) it shall be the sole responsibility of the user to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at his/her/its own cost and expense.

(D) ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS FOR RECRUITERS

(a) You will comply with all applicable data protection laws in relation to the processing of personal data; you will adhere to the agreed purposes as defined in the privacy policy and these T&Cs.

(b)You shall implement adequate technical and organizational controls to protect the shared personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure.

(c) You may extend the access to Services subscribed by You, to persons who are bound by employment agreements and confidentiality agreements.

(d)You will retain or process shared personal data only for the period of time necessary to carry out the agreed purposes.

(e) You shall act as an independent data controller in respect of shared personal data obtained from the Website once the data is collected by You and You shall be responsible for its secure use at all times.

(f) You shall maintain control over the account/devices that are used to access the Website and not share one time passwords (OTPs) or reveal other confidential details associated with the account to anyone.

(i) The Recruiter gives an undertaking that the positions posted through the Website are in existence and genuine and the user is authorized to recruit /advertise for such vacancies.

(j)OUTSTAX reserves the right to ask for details of the job posted on the website in case of the same is posted by third party companies involved in job placements such as recruitment consultants / manpower supply agencies. In such cases, the recruiter has to provide the job requirement mandate shared by their client with Us, when required by Us.

(k) You agree and undertake that you would not charge any fees from the candidates for scheduling interviews or for offering jobs.

OUTSTAX reserves the right to remove/suspend any content or profile which is violative of these T&Cs. WEBSITE

You can also apply directly for roles, save job searches, and notify your connections and recruiters that you are open for job opportunities. Further you also participate in conversations on this Website which cater to your areas of interest.

Your profile/resume and details become a part of proprietary database of OUTSTAX and can be accessed only by companies/recruiters registered with us.

By posting, storing, or transmitting any content on the Website, you hereby grant OUTSTAX a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, right and license to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit and assign such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world.

OUTSTAX may make such modifications/editing of profile/ resume in order to fit the resume in its database. OUTSTAX also may reject any insertion or information/data provided by the user without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details.

OUTSTAX will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g., such as your profile, articles, group posts, links to news articles, job postings, messages) only to your addressees or followers. If you apply for a job through our service or opt to signal that you are interested in a job, your information will be shared only with the relevant recruiter.

OUTSTAX will obtain your consent if We want to grant third parties, the right to publish your content. IN CASE OUTSTAX IS IMPLICATED IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS BETWEEN TWO USERS, OUTSTAX WILL ABIDE WITH ANY COURT ORDER SERVED ON IT THROUGH DUE PROCESS, BUT ENTIRE COSTS WILL BE RECOVERED FROM THE PARTY THAT NAMES OUTSTAX.

Entire Agreement

Effect of Waiver

Governing Law; Jurisdiction

Waiver of Class Action Rights

Assignment
