Users must register to access the job / candidate search and other services that can be availed only after registration. During registration, users need to feed in specific information categories, including their name, professional experience, educational qualifications, email address and phone number. Users to note their email id and phone number will be masked and not be visible to anyone else Once a profile is created, users can start sending messages online. The candidates will get emails from hashtagHR on registration. Recruiters shall register themselves by creating an employer account with their company name, company email ID and address. Once the employer account is created recruiters can post their jobs positions. Calls from the recruiters to the candidates will be masked calling. Personal numbers and email ids, will not be shared with the recruiters, ensuring complete confidentiality Additionally, candidates have the option to provide further information, such as career goals, previous work experience, skills, and other job search-related details to be more visible to recruiters and be able to widen the horizon for accessing job opportunities. OUTSTAX encourages users to fill out all these fields to optimize the functionality of the job search and candidate matching services. However, while entering details, OUTSTAX cautions you not to provide sensitive personal information which you would not want to be available for the public.
